MOC: Gun by 1mperfectionist MOC: Gun by 1mperfectionist
Need to make some weapons for this new MOC of mine and I figured guns would fit him best. I however don't have any expierence creating guns for MOCs. This is something I created for him, sadly the back is a little to big and he can't hold it up right so I'm going to have to change the design or make something new. Thought I'd show this to either way.

Is that blade on the back supposed to be a handle? If so then that's a very unique use of that blade piece

Thanks but, no thanks. I appreciate your offer, but I actually like experimenting with things like this (on my own).

So thanks for your support and compliment. ^^

Nice and sleek. The blade on the end would be good for melee but bad with recoil

I like the design, but this seems like it would be too small a weapon to need a fixed stock like that. My two solutions are:
1. Make the barrel longer to accommodate the need for the stock.
2. You might like this one more: make the stock folding or collapsible.

I've actually got rid of this one. It was a little to big to be practical for my MOCs. As for the design... I don't know anything about guns, so mine are probably not going to be realistic. Thanks for the tips though, I appreciate it.

This gun isn't very practical. *Fires gun>recoil>now has no shoulder cause gun cut it off* :XD: Its cool looking though. :D

 Good. Your second gun was cooler anyways. I've not given much thought into making guns cept for the few gravix has. I'm the kind of person who doesn't do something unless I have an express need or desire to. I don't make guns or swords or what ever just to make em. :P Though I probably should. A Gun or a sword is still a MOC. Not everything's gotta be for a figure. Could probably end up making a MOC so a weapon has a host.

Same goes for me. I never make any random weapons, they are always for a certain MOC I've build or am going to build. I just wanted my newest MOC to carry a gun (instead of the swords I tend to give my MOCs most of the time). I did upload them seperately because I felt like they deserved some attention of their own. There's nothing wrong with just creating weapons though, I had a lot of fun experimenting with this. I wouldn't be surprised if I did it again.

That's good. And its certainly nice to see you still MOCing. I thought you were gonna stop there for a bit. Ya had me worried we were losing another MOCer. :tighthug:

Actually... I was worried I would end up quitting MOCing as well. I didn't feel any motivation for it anymore lately. But after some RPing with a good friend of mine I had suddenly gotten a bit of motivation back, and as inspiration hit me I started to MOC a little again. Right now I'm working on another female MOC as well.

Very nice. Well, sounds like you just had a case of MOCblock. It happens to us all. The trick is knowing its just temporary and not calling it quits.

Personally, having inspiration to build something new isn't my problem, its having the right parts and the motivation to sit down and start. When it comes to concepts and ideas, I've got a ton of em floatin around im my head waiting to be built.

Well, I've had MOCblocks before, but this one seemed different than the others. Also my lack of pieces often makes me quit or give up on certain ideas because I can never create them. So I try to create (custom) designs that uses as less pieces as possible. Probably to a point none of them are 'BionicleLeague' worthy anymore (which saddens me).

neat gun and my suggestion would be to make it under slung and turn it into a grenade launcher like the Halo brute shot.
